I would like America to voice their concern for how wasteful our government has been. We have supported big business instead of supporting the people. Every dollar we give out should go towards product creation (Solar/Wind/Hydro/HFCEV..etc). This would stop companies that use our tax dollars for executive payrolls, and would guarantee the American public a commodity that we ask for. If the company decides to goes bankrupt, they leave behind a liquidation sale for Americans who desperately need to go green.
