REVIEW, REFORM, REPLACE JUDGES at the Merit Systems Protection Board who rule against employees nearly 100% of the time
The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), exists to protect the rights of federal civil service employees. MSPB is supposed to be fair and impartial, but instead you have judges who refer to themselves as "AJ NONE" (Administrative Judge None) because these judges rule against government employees who have cases at the MSPB over 98% of the time, with many judges ruling 100% of the time against employees! These judges are paid bloated salaries of $170,000 per year + overtime and they fail at the most basic requirement of their jobs as judges and that is to be fair and impartial or at least give the appearance of being so.
