Only the Legislative branch can make laws. Executive orders are not the law or can become law.

Created by M.M. on June 30, 2015

Lawlessness is running rampant within the federal government. The US Constitution which is the highest law of the land is not only attacked, but violated everyday as the acts against it and the laws spelled out within are violated without any accountability.

Executive orders are the law. Power for creating laws resides with the Legislative Branch of the government as stated in the US Constitution. Bureaucrats in government agencies also have no power granted by the Constitution to make laws but yet they are allowed to do so unchecked.

There remains a great deal of scandal and attacks against the peoples' God given rights which are protected by the US Constitution. There should be no need to ever have to fight for them.

We need laws making politicians and bureaucrats accountable.
