Only naming public U.S. institutions, organizations, and entities after U.S. citizens.

Created by J.J. on February 22, 2015

All public US institutions, organizations, and entities shall be named only after US citizens.

If an entity is named after multiple people (e.g. "Jones, Sheng, and Rouvier Institute"), each person must have been a US citizen.

Non-public entities which receive at least 20% of their funds from taxpayers must also conform to this policy.

Those who are not US citizens for at least 20 years are not eligible.

Grandfather Clause: Citizens of states, nations, or other entities which have become part of the US, in entirety, and remain so, are eligible in the same manner.

Exceptions: Monuments or other entities whose primary focus is on a non-citizen(s) are exempt.

Existing institutions, organizations, or entities which do not conform to this policy must change their name within 365 days.
