only provide smart guns to groups in the middle east which can only be shot by the owner identified by a fingerprint

Created by A.L. on June 27, 2014

In order to prevent a debacle similar to the situation the US government previously insinuated by providing weapons to rebel groups in the middle east which were later used by terrorist organizations, the US government should pass laws that would mandate that weapons could only be provided that are "smart" in the nature that they use an identification means like a fingerprint to recognize the shooter before firing a shot. By doing this, only the vetted personal who would be provided with weapons would be the ones capable of shooting them. Smart guns have recently become a reality and are available to consumers but have failed to reach the mainstream gun stores because of NRA dissaproval. With a smart gun requirement on rebel aid, the president could provide a safer future.
