To the U.S Supreme Court and U.S Congress
An act to amended to the constitution establishing a sovereign country for Black Americans due to prolonged discriminatory, unlawful, and criminal acts committed by the U.S Government, Department of Justice, and its sub-components. We the undersigned qualified voters find the U.S Government culpable of the said acts and hereby petition the court and congress to ratify the said proposal in the form of a bill under the provisions set forth under the Second Freedman Bureau Bill of March 3,1865 and General Sherman Special Field Order #15. Granting land to Black Americans in the amount of 300 Million Acres as per the aforesaid bills. Don't force a people to submit to laws designed for their demise. We must preserve our race, or we will all perish.
