The Obama Administration is setting a dangerous precedent for the secret use of drones as assassins. Tens of thousands of innocents have been killed by US drone strikes either through mis-targeting or as collateral damage. This goes against core ideology of the United States and directly contradicts the Constitution.
This Petition Proposes:
1) Armed drones can only be used against targets from countries we are at War with as declared by Congress.
2) All drone strikes and resultant casualties reported to media including the exact location of the strike, the total number killed or injured, gender and age of people killed or injured, names of people killed or injured if available.
3) All strikes, kill and injured information kept up to date available to the public via FOIA request.
