Open all meetings of Congress and the Senate with a reading of the Bill of Rights

Our politicians appear to have forgotten what our Bill of Rights actually provides. We would like to see the Bill of Rights read at every congressional meeting, reminding our politicians who they work for and why we "hired" them.
