An Open Appeal to the Political Leaders of the EU and of Other Countries of the Civilized World
We ask you to immediately impose personal financial sanctions on Viktor Yanukovych, his family, oligarchs, who support him, and corrupted officials. EU should not turn into the League of Nations. Empty declarations with the calls for negotiations will never stop criminals.
