Open a court of inquiry into the past 4 years of the Obama presidency and examine the policies and decisions unbiasedly

Over the past four years the Obama administration has made questionable decisions that effect the nation as a whole. Our economy has continued to falter and our postion as a global hegemony has declined drastically. Our unemployment rate has stagnated and housing markets have yet to return to pre Obama levels. Despite the legislation enacted and favored by President Obama and his good intentions towards the revival our nation, we have failed to do so and continue a downward spiral. This petition is attempting to call a court of inquiry of the Obama administration. The court will be held by third party affiliates and the actions of the Executive branch examined in detail.
