Open Courts Only at Night. This would clear out some of the Traffic on the roads.People need 2 work to pay for the court

having courts open only at night, decreases amount of cars at given time. it give people to actually work and make money to pay for the fees or taxes and would increase amount of taxes to government. Most of the people in the court are not making money from being there. Tax payers are loosing money to be there while government is loosing tax money from tax payers for not working to be at the court.
it a win win situation when you open the courts only at night. SAME with DMV less traffic at night for driving test and if you can not drive at night then less drivers less traffic.
