We petition the Obama administration to open a criminal investigation against the ruling clique of Russia on the following matters:
(1) Suspected power usurpation as manifested by the questionable elections;
(2) Extraordinary power abuse as manifested by the suspected role of Russian government in igniting the civil war in Ukraine;
(3) Threat to the global nuclear security of the planet as manifested by the provocative military acts and official statements;
(4) Widespread practice by the police forces of torture, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment as manifested by multiple testimonies of the victims;
(5) Creation and support for the environment of injustice, haterid, intolerance, violence, intimidation in Russia.
