Open First Time Homebuyer Credit to all who have bought their first homes, not just those between Apr. 9 and Dec. 31, 08

Created by J.H. on November 21, 2011

Allow any and all first homebuyers who have not applied, and are eligible, for the First Time Homebuyer Credit beyond the scope of the original time frame that consisted of April 8, 2008 (on or after) and December 31, 2008 (on or after).

Allow credit to be given to only first time homebuyers (given legal eligibility) so that this money awarded can be used to induce spending in terms of reducing personal debts while also reducing national debt in the same process.

Time should have no relevance, as any first time homebuyer should should be given this chance to earn this credit and use it to help offset personal debts.
