Dear President Obama, all Senators, all Representatives and every Supreme Court Justice,
Please use every measure and tool available to begin a full and thorough investigation of Walter James Palmer, most recently of Minneapolis, MN, specifically to determine if additional illegal poaching and animal torture has occured, but more importantly determine if he has in fact crossed over to torture and murder of humans. His actions regarding Cecil the Lion, both in the pre-meditated nature, the 40 hrs of extensive torture, and the complete inability to understand that such behavoir is wrong that lead him to do it has me deeply scared that he is in fact a psychopath and has not only done this to other animals, but to people as well. He is NOT a hunter. Real hunters don't do this.
