open an investigation of the banks responsible for the financial collapse of 2008 and prosecute those found guilty

Created by S.W. on May 24, 2013

In the 4+ years since the financial collapse of 2008, little to nothing has been done to investigate those responsible. And even in cases where the Department of Justice has investigated banks and Wall Street firms, the prosecution has resulted in small, out of court settlements. If the American people have any hope of fully recovering from the financial collapse and ensuring that it does not happen again, we must fully investigate and prosecute all those found responsible.
