Open investigation concerning child protective services. The practice of removing children from their homes illegally.

After personal experience with the Child protective services system I believe that children are removed from their homes unjustly far to often. The system is corrupt and the CPS workers are not held accountable for exaggerating "collateral" accusations. Where are the overseeing agencies for this system. They seem to do what they want.The system does not properly evaluate or investigate where the children are placed. There is poor communication with the parents. There is poor supervision of the foster care placement. There are so many injustices especially toward those who can not find good representation because of their socioeconomic status. Good families are being devastated. Small children become fearful of the police. When are we going to wake up and stop this travesty.
