Robert H. Richards received an eight-year prison sentence in 2009 for raping his 3-year-old toddler daughter. He was spared prison and given probation, while Judge Jan R. Jurden's notes stated he would not fare well in prison.
We petition that an investigation be opened to determine if preferential treatment was given to Richards, an heir to family fortunes.
