Judge Richard W. Roberts, the judge hearing the case of Abu Zubaydah (a Guantanimo detainee) has refused to rule on a single motion in Zubaydahs case (with some being filed as far back as 2008).
We believe that by refusing to rule on any motions, that Judge Roberts has willfully, and unlawfully deprived Zubaydah of his liberty (freedom) without due process of law in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
We call on the Obama Administration to:
Investigaste Judge Roberts' inaction on all motions filed in the Zubaydah case, and determine if said inaction constitutes a violation of Zubaydahs due process rights.
If it is determined that Judge Roberts did violate Zubaydahs due process rights, that Judge Roberts be immediately recused, and the case handed to another judg
