open the legal definition of marriage to include all committed relationship types, specifically polygamy.

There are many types of relationships in the world today as there have been throughout history. Now that homosexual marriage is accepted by our government, I believe that polygamy should be given that same consideration by the government so long as all parties involved in the relationship are willing to sign off on it. Basically what is meant by this is poly families should be given the same exemptions, protections, and allowances given to heterosexual monogamous marriages under the law.
