Open a meaningful dialog with North Korea

The situation with North Korea is inflated and seemingly too complex for traditional diplomatic strong arm tactics. We should be addressing them directly instead of through intermediaries. If the administration were serious about diffusing the situation the top level should be willing to meet directly with the top level. If Kim Jung Un is as dramatic as he seems I doubt he would refuse a direct summit with our president in a neutral location. The Korean penninsula has been woefully underrecognized and this maybe one of the barriers to helping the people of the north. Some of our allies would say that this would ghive the North too much recognition, but try to remember that the seperation of North and South is created by the allies upon removing control of the occupation of Korea by Japan.
