Open meaningful dialogue with the African Union (AU) to grant dual citizenship rights to American slave descendants.

The American government should carry the burden and responsibility of engaging in meaningful dialogue for granting dual citizenship to African American slave descendants based on its involvement in and benefits gained from the holocaust of slavery. We want the development of a "Law of Return", modeled after Israel’s law, which would grant descendants of American slaves the right to immigrate to any African nation without preconditions of proving ancestry, and almost automatic citizenship upon arrival. Under this law, African Americans would be entitled to declare dual citizenship in any African country, enter without a visa, stay in country according to his or her own desire, engage in any lawful business, profession, or work with employers in accordance with the laws of that country.
