Open more than four of the previously proposed Nuclear Plants for construction

The United States is in dire need of Nuclear technology and four plants is simply not going to cut it. Please reaffirm that you actually want to invest seriously in this technology and if possible do something to get the thirty plants mentioned (http://www.nytimes.com/2011/10/11/business/energy-environment/after-fuku...) would be wonderful.
