Giving money to agency in order to help them become 1st time home owners. Find ways to reopen what former President George W. Bush closed. This will help the economy grow and get America back on track. During President Bill Clition times we had agency helping middle/lower class move to Homeownership. When Americans become homeowners they spend money which goes back to the economy. Then we have a surplus rather than a defect. Homes will need to be filled and then once that is completed new homes will need to be built. This create jobs millions of unemployed Americans can be put back to work.
