Open a public discussion in Congress for the purpose of the possible creation of nationwide driving laws.

Created by N.T. on April 11, 2012

In recognition of Driving as a privilege and not a given right, we petition the government to publicly discuss, create, institue and enforce nationwide driving laws that require qualifications to hold a license such as physical pass/fail driving tests held once a year or more frequently, stricter enforcement for frequent traffic violations, national policies on drunk driving, etc.

Driving in the United States is increasingly becoming a more dangerous activity and requires aggressive action. The positives of such actions are educating drivers to become more attentive, drastically cutting injury and death from auto accidents, and reallocation of government funds related to repairs from road accidents to green technologies and efficient public transportation.
