A UFO caught on camera in Chile is being hailed as a breakthrough by an expert who claims it might develop into one of the most convincing pieces of evidence yet as to the existence of visiting aliens. The footage, filmed in 2010 shows a silver spot moving at incredibly high speed across the sky at an Air Force base in Santiago.UFO expert, Leslie Kean said: "This is very, very unusual case, "It has the possibility of being a breakthrough case."
