It is time to clear the air regarding the UFO phenomenon. Too much secrecy in past governmental investigations has led to distrust among the public and a total lack credibility to any findings thus far. This petition calls for an open-ended, public, federally funded investigation into the possible existence of alien visitation to our planet Earth from the early 1900's to the present. As American citizens and taxpayers, it is time the people were treated fairly on this issue; and, furthermore, the American public is ready for the truth, whatever it may be.
