Open-source the Natural Gas (fracking) industry to keep it safe for all by requiring public disclosure of all techniques

The fracking Gold Rush of the Natural Gas industry has gotten exclusions from EPA clean water rules. We need to create NEW federal law for any corporation receiving federal funds (or tax benefits) that curtais trade-secret and/or patented methods so that Best Practices, Peer Review and open knowledge prevail. Requiring open disclosure of all techniques and research supports the application of effective and efficient methods across the country, potentially saving countless lives and boosting our economy as well. It aligns the purposes of the industry and the Will of the People because everyone wants cheaper gas but no one wants citizens injured in the process, and secrecy would is no longer drive the profit margin; safety would.
