Open Strategic Reserve in order to cut down on the price of Gas.

Created by D.P. on December 05, 2012

Proposal: Open Strategic Reserve for a period of 5 (possibly more) years. By using our own resources, we can control the cost to consumers at the pumps. Set the price per gallon at $2.00, no less, no more. This will allow Americans to put more money into the economy, opening up demand and calling for increased supply and the potential for job growth. Lower, and even Middle Class Americans are impacted the most by high costs at the pumps. Opening the Reserve would create a huge boost to the American Economy. Eventually, OPEC would be forced to reduce the price per barrel to a price more conducive to our Budget.
