Cuba has been off limits since the Cuban missile crisis and the failed Bay of Pigs attack. Fidel Castro is now out of power and people are still trying to flee from this country. Being 90 miles off of the US mainland, it's time to open a trade and travel policy with this country. Not only would the US benefit from this, exiled people from Cuba would be able to see family members and it would stop illegal immigration from Cuba to the US.
