"We the People" is an amazing and simple way for United States citizens to have their voice heard. But, it shouldn't stop there.
Why not allow State, County and Local Governments to host their own "We the People" using the same code that the White House uses?
This way we are innovative and not reinventing the wheel at the other levels of government. This will not only save money and time, but will also engage more citizens with their representatives.
