Open the White House Internship Program to High School students.

The current White House policy regarding is this: you must be a college-enrolled student and must be over the age of eighteen. Some of the brightest minds of the coming generation are being neglected by not allowing their voices to be heard and represented. By not allowing them to start pursuing their passion, they aren't given the chance to grow and develop an interest in working for the federal government. That isn't something we want to toss away. We cannot let the some of the brightest minds of our generation get left behind just because they were a year or two too young to apply as interns to the White House internship program. If they don't make it, fine: but give them the chance to succeed, you can't take that away from them.
