We ask open a department DARPA in Ukraine for use of the intellectual potential of Ukraine, Russia and Europe for the development of the United States. Ukraine is now experiencing a new cancer treatment technology, regeneration of human organs, energy technology, and technology of artificial fuel, new weapons technology antigravity.
The development of these projects requires a high concentration of effort and a large number of experts as well as special equipment and is not possible without the direct involvement of the United States.
