openly admit and honor the treeties signed, as is, to all Native American Indians, First Nations and all tribes promised

Openly admit, Native Americans, First Nations and all Indian tribes are still under all treaties signed by the US Government.
Congress will require all promises made will be honored by going back and following trough with funding, monies, and all free rights to these tribes. As the Nisga'a tribe did, win their treaties and land. Follow through, be American as promised.
Go back and rebuild, feed, educate and do as promised rather than allow them to suffer as they currently are.
