Openly claim a new paper ballot-only Presidential Re-Election. To have them hand counted by FBI and the Justice Dept.

This petition is for the Obama Administration to openly claim a re-election of the Presidential Race because of the wide spread voter fraud. It would use only paper ballots, not counted by machine but counted by hand by the FBI and then the Justice Department to clarify voter counts. Including absentee ballots.
