2002 to 2008, official policy was to rape, torture, and murder 1000's of innocent Iraqi's, Afghani's, and other foreign nationals as well as whistleblower American contractors. Some had the wrong name, others just happened to be in the wrong place or had an obnoxious neighbor that turned him in for the bounty.
Most of these innocent prisoners were subject to horrific tortures barely dreamed about by the Nazi regime in the 1940's resulting in maiming, permanent mental disability, and even death.
There is a direct chain of evidence linking orders by Donald Rumsfeld and Richard Cheney to several well-documented cases of torture and death. Several countries have already indicted one or more Bush administration officials. It is time we fix this horrific episode of our history.
