Many petitions on this web site ask for things that the Executive Branch is explicitly unable to do, such as changing the floor rules in Congress, or overturning an "unconstitutional" Supreme Court ruling.
These petitioners should be told in no uncertain terms, "Get a brain, morans!" (sic)
Just like all US citizens, White House staff are allowed to express their opinions. Please ask these disappointingly uneducated people to pass high school social studies before they make absurd federal requests (and preferably also before they breed).
