Openly state that the right of the individual to keep and bear arms, including all semi-automatics, is constitutional.

We the people have the right AS INDIVIDUALS to keep and bear firearms including semi automatics. Banning any firearm which has been legally purchased during previous years or banning the purchase of any new firearm is a direct violation of the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. Confiscation of any firearm from any non-felon is an act of war against the people and cannot be tolerated, even under declaration of martial law. The basic right of self defense and the right to keep and bear arms must be preserved at all cost, for without it, all other rights can be forcibly removed from the citizens of this country.
