This petition seeks commentary from a constitutional law scholar and leader of the so-called 'free world' as to what he foresees beyond an era that began with America's first preemptive strike for retrospectively unsubstantiated reasons (namely WMD) that were, even if substantiated, completely disconnected from the perpetration of the 9/11 atrocity -the putative impetus for congressional authorization of attack (the cavernously broad AUMF). Because this president's intellect is demonstrably superior to any in recent memory, his introduction of drone warfare to the world and continued indiscriminate use thereof, his support for another war on an abstraction (marijuana a.k.a. 'drugs'), and his utter deference to the radical right leave us wondering what is in that immense brain! War 4 ever?
