Opportunity Act 2013: Title 1 & 42 Reform

Ask Obama to give a voice to the voiceless and re-establish local majority Community Action Agencies not tripartite boards. This will give power and decision making capabilities back to average citizens and minimize special interests & lobbies influence. There was once a time when America relied on investing in its citizens directly. By doing so; infrastructure projects, distinct and diverse social programs & institution building became the hallmarks of American development & progress.No longer does the government directly invest in its citizens, but rely on third parties for funding & programming structure. Consequently, the infrastructure & local institutions once a symbol of our progress, are now subsiding & the social programs once praised are being defunded & dismantled every year.
