Opportunity for every family to have a home of they're own

I am requesting on behalf of all those families who do not have a home and have needs of a safe place for they're children that this present administration do something about this particular matter. Specifically i am making this petition from the ground i am standing on, Puerto Rico, there are many buildings on the island that are vacant being used by drug addicts, criminals, and vandals. Places that by being cleaned up are fit for a home, some are of people who dies and had no next of kin , and according to our bylaws only politicians buy to resell on ridiculous prices or simply to tear down and build offices. Mainly just to gain profit.
I am suggesting an adjustment on the law number Art. 549 of the Puertorican Civilian Code, 31 L.P.R.A. sec. 1931 and also Art.
