WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO:
Oppose and prevent the mergers of AT&T and DIRECTV, and Comcast to Time Warner. Allowing two companies to dominate any market through acquisition and mergers is not in the consumers best interest, adds to unemployment, creates an environment of price fixing and price gouging. Both mergers will result in higher prices, greater structural unemployment and create an easy environment for price fixing. These mergers would further deteriorate our Free Market System. It is a lie that such mergers provide for cheaper products and services through economy
