Oppose any increase in the cap on H1B visas.

Created by M.H. on May 21, 2013

Currently H1B visas are capped at 65,000 per year. Congress is proposing increasing this cap to as high as 300,000 a year.
H1B visas hurt American workers and students by allowing employers the option to hire cheaper workers from abroad.
This is a strong disincentive for Americans to pursue science and technology education.
Oppose any increase in H1B visas to keep American opportunity in America. Beyond building a strong economy for our country. A low H1B visa cap will encourage Americans to study science, technology, engineering and math.
