Oppose Courthouse Claims of Marital Requirements

Created by J.M. on April 19, 2014

Courthouse claim for citizens who plan for marriage is that both licensing and certification be required simultaneously; licensing expired before certification is deemed void and new licencing is required. We, the people, find this claim a fallacy, for we believe there should be an option for marital planning. This option asks for a citizen's decision on obtaining licence OR direct certificate. If licencing is decided, it should not be expired until certification only through a courthouse officiate. If direct certification is chosen, then it must be received through a choice of courthouse officiate OR the priest. This option will result in more peace of mind and a better increase in personal relationships as we, the people, support.
