I oppose the proposed legislation to replace the No Child Left Behind Act. This new legislation, "The Student Success Act" or "The Every Student Succeeds Act" (S 1177 & HR 5, 114th Congress), would require each State "to fund “equitable services” for children in private and religious schools."
I believe that this would violate the constitutional separation of church and state by subsidizing religious education in the U.S.
