1.8 million American born Engineers are either unemployed, out of the labor market or not working as Engineers. There are millions of Engineers with degrees from American Universities. Indians and Chinese are fabricating lies to Lawmakers in the Capitol Hill to eliminate the per country quota to get green cards. This gives and unfair advantage only to two countries-India and China while they take away American jobs and allow people from 190 other countries to wait in a line for countless number of years for green cards. These are the well known facts.
