H.R. 3166 states "To add engaging in or supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which United States nationals would lose their nationality". What exactly is meant by "hostilities" here? Could non-violent protesters qualify for this? What is meant exactly by "hostilities against the United States"? Does this mean protesting the government, the people, business or any other of many possibilities?
The United States was founded on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and these type of acts seriously violate these foundations today and with future administrations.
