3. TransCanada fraudulently steals land from private citizens through illegal use of eminent domain.
4 The Keystone XL pipeline threatens American aquifers.
5. Keystone XL will destroy more jobs than it will create.
6. Keystone XL will not reduce American dependence on foreign oil.
7. Keystone XL violates tribal sovereignty.
8. TransCanada refuses to disclose an analysis of its mixture of chemicals used.
9. The Environmental Impact Statement done of the Keystone XL pipeline was conducted by the State Department, not the EPA. Many possible impacts on the environment were ignored.
