oppose offshore online poker operator PokerStars (Rational) application for a casino license in the State of New Jersey

Created by G.K. on March 12, 2013

In Press of Atlantic City, lawyers for the American Gaming Association (AGA) cited PokerStars “alleged use of deceit, trickery and other illegal tactics” as reasons why PokerStars should be barred from purchasing a casino in Atlantic city. They also said PokerStars “operated as a criminal enterprise for many years” in the US.

In the US federal criminal case against the founders of the three largest online poker companies (including PokerStars) and a handful of their associates, alleges that the defendants violated the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) and engaged in bank fraud and money laundering in order to process transfers to and from their customers.

We ask you to sign this petition so that the President can respond with the AGA to reject the PokerStars application.
