The large majority of US citizens (and US voters) opposes TPP.
If it is worth doing, they don't understand why.
Please stop trying to pass it until after you convince the public that it's worth having.
If you do insist on getting this passed before the public understands why it's good, at least please have the vote before November, so we know which legislators voted for it when we vote whether to replace them.
