The 1st amendment has never been repealed. Therefore, we ask the US government to oppose unconstitutional censorship by:
-Oppose SOPA-style censorship; do not implement UK-style porn or copyright filters
-Reducing the powers of the FCC; abolish licensing systems for the radio and reduce abilities to censor what gets played on the radio or TV so nothing but hardcore porn would be illegal to play on these forms of media.
-Reform "obscenity" laws so they can only apply to what gets posted in a very public place such as a billboard. Pornography which is produced and sold to adults to be viewed in private should not be regulated as such.
